Who we are.

Ferrum Logic UG was founded in 2026 by Magnus Jannes Richter, headquartered in Hamburg. We source pre-owned Microsoft volume licences from insolvencies, M&A processes and cloud migrations — often in large lot sizes, which we resell to distributors and system houses.

We see ourselves as a calm, reliable partner in the background — no glossy talk, no fluff. Every enquiry is answered in writing and every licence batch reviewed individually for rights and documentation.
